View The Haunted's new videoclip online

CenturyMedia and The Haunted have posted their new videoclip for "The Drowning" online. The song is from their 2006 album, "The dead eye" nd you check out the clip on here.

For more goodies on the Swedish band, you can also check out their live appearance at Swedish National Radio Programm P3. Currently touring the US with dark tranquility, The Haunted will return to Europe with Municipal Waste towards the end of April.

Nocturnal Rites present cover art for "The 8th sin"

Nocturnal Rites have presented the album cover for their 8th album, The 8th sin, which will be released in Australia in late May.
The cover art was created by artist Axel Hermann, who has previously worked with Iced Earth, Dream Evil, and many more.
According to their record label, fans can expect The 8th sin to have a more modern sound with harsh riffs, great choruses and trademark guitar licks from Nils Norberg and Fredrik Mannberg.

Kylie to release new album this year

Rumor has it that the devine MS Minogue will have a new album out later this year. The as-yet-untitled album will be Minogue's first studio album since being diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago. According to sources, Minogue is working with several producers, including Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, who she found on myspace.
In other news, the singer has denied that "Excuse my French", the leaked track is her.

Robbie scoops an award for Rudebox

Robbie William's has walked away with the International Artists of the year at Germany's Echo Awards. The award saw Robbie beating stiff competition in the form of Justin Timberlake, and Jack Johnson.

 

 

 


Christine to take another spin?

Rumor has it that Disturbia co-writer Christopher Landon is toying with the idea of remaking Stephen King's Christine. Landon was coy about saying whether he is involved with the project, admitting he is a fan of the John Carpenter original.
King's original 1983 novel was done by John Carpenter in 1983, and recently a remake of the film was announced along with King's Pet Semetary.

Oceans Thirteen Trailer now on Yahoo

The trailer for the last installment of Pirates of the Caribbean is now available to watch. The film sees Will Turner (Bloom), and Elizabeth Swann (Knightley) team up with old nemesis Captain Barbossa (Rush) in a bid to free Captain Jack Sparrow (Depp) from Davy Jones locker. The film will debut worldwide May 27th. But for now, we have the exclusive trailer

Sequel galore

As I've said before, this is the year for sequels and rumors are abound with word out that there will be a Mortal Kombat, X files and 28 days later sequel.
David Duchovny has said that they were in final negotiations for the second x files film and the plan was to start shooting nect year or sooner.
28 days later is already in pre-production, with rumors that this time the zombies would attack France.
There's even a talk of a Mortal Kombat comeback.
